Priorities

EDUCATION

Great schools are the cornerstone of a well-rounded community. As a mother of three raising my family here and a product of these schools myself, I'm personally invested in their continued support — and in making sure every decision the council makes, from budgets to development, strengthens rather than strains our school system.

RECREATION

Lively rec programs, beautiful parks and beaches, and an amazing library make North Kingstown a place families love. As a library board member, I've seen firsthand what these institutions give back when we invest in them. I'll keep working to support them and to identify opportunities to increase access and equity, so every family can benefit.

SENSIBLE DEVELOPMENT

Keeping North Kingstown a place where families can put down roots and stay doesn't happen on its own. Encouraging thoughtful business development in Wickford, Quonset, and along Post Road expands our commercial tax base and helps keep taxes low for homeowners, so growing families and longtime residents alike can afford to call this town home.

ENVIRONMENT

From our coastline to our rural corners, North Kingstown's landscapes are a precious part of the town's character. Protecting the things we love means practical, environmentally responsible policies that preserve these places for the next generation. That starts with reviewing the comprehensive plan for alignment, appointing qualified people to the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Review, and holding them accountable to uphold the values of the comprehensive plan.

FIRST RESPONDERS

North Kingstown is not only a beautiful place to live, but a safe one, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our fire and police departments. Growth and development must go hand in hand with responsibly staffed, well-equipped first responders. That means funding them, but also insisting on accountability and good oversight, and making sure they are serving the needs of all North Kingstowners, so everyone can feel safe.

TRANSPARENCY & COLLABORATION

Our community is full of bright, well-intentioned people with a lot to offer. Progress comes from leaders who work collaboratively, listen to every resident, and insist on transparency and accountability. That's how we protect the progress this town has made and keep it going.
